For the founder or operator who is also the finance department.
If you run a small business
You know your bank balance and roughly what you sell. LucroVista shows you whether August was good, what the delivery platforms really cost you, and how much you've spent on your own card for the business.
What you'll see: revenue per trading day · average ticket · channel mix · platform fees · 13-week cash forecast · shareholder loan balance.
If you're a founder
Before your first finance hire
You want a model with actuals under it you can trust, and your board wants a P&L and a runway number. LucroVista gives you three statements that tie to the bank every month, before you can afford the person who would build them.
With a finance manager
Give them back the hours that go into cleaning data, rebuilding spreadsheets and sending a monthly update that's already a month old. LucroVista keeps the numbers organized and current in one place, so your finance lead spends their time where they add the most: analysis, interpretation and helping the business understand itself.
What you'll see: recurring revenue and its walk · retention on renewals · days to collect · burn and runway.
Where it helps most
For founders and service businesses
- Contracts in, revenue out. Upload a contract; LucroVista reads its start date, end date, value and billing terms, and recognizes the revenue over the right months.
- Deferred revenue, kept right. Annual prepayments sit on the balance sheet and release month by month, so the P&L shows what you've earned, not what you've billed.
- Your recurring revenue, explained. Each month's movement broken into new, expansion, downgrades and churn — with retention on renewals.
- Prepayments and accruals on schedule. Insurance, software, benefits and rent spread over the months they cover.
- Runway from real cash. Calculated from reconciled bank balances.
If you own and run the business
- Delivery apps keep a fee. LucroVista matches each payout net of fees: a €28 order that reaches the bank as €26 shows the €2 as a cost.
- You sometimes pay with your own card. LucroVista tracks each business purchase as money the company owes you until it's paid back.
- Deposits and prepaid rent are still yours. LucroVista holds them as assets until they are used.
- Every sale should be recorded. LucroVista checks each online store and delivery app order against your till.
Your accountant
Keeps doing what they do. Invite your accountant to a seat and they get their own view: statements in their chart of accounts, every document attached to its entry, bank reconciliations, open items, and suggested adjustments to review. At any time, a handover package: statements, documents, journals and reconciliations for any period, in one download. They keep the statutory books and the filings; LucroVista hands them the organized, reconciled records.
One chain, from agreed to collected
Every euro you earn follows the same path: agreed in a contract, billed on an invoice, collected in the bank, recognized as revenue. LucroVista keeps the whole chain in one place.
- Invoices. Every invoice you issue is read from your invoicing system, matched to the client receipt in the bank, and shown with its status: open, part-paid, paid. Revenue lands in the month the service was provided, not the month you billed it.
- Collections. Who owes you, how much, since when. Each client receipt clears the invoice it pays; anything unmatched is one question.
- Contracts. A register of your signed agreements and their key terms: the client, the term, the value, how it is billed, and when it renews or needs notice. A coming-up list shows the renewals and notice dates ahead.
- Revenue overview. Revenue and recurring revenue (ARR) bridges by month, quarter, year to date and the last twelve months: new clients, upsells, downsells and churn, each tied to the totals, with the clients behind every bar.
| July revenue | €38,900 |
|---|---|
| New clients | +€3,200 |
| Upsells | +€1,100 |
| Downsells | −€600 |
| Churn | −€1,400 |
| August revenue | €41,200 |
The axis starts at €34,000.
Statements that tie to the bank
A balance sheet, P&L and cash flow every month. Every account reconciled to its statement to the cent. Click any number to see the entries behind it, and the invoice or receipt behind each entry.
A summary that explains the month
The numbers and what moved them: revenue against last month and last year, broken into price, volume and mix; the cost lines that changed; where the cash went. Written only after the month ties.
Revenue up 6% on July: one new retainer and a price increase on two renewals; one client paused. Payroll flat. Software costs up on two annual renewals. Cash up €3,100 after a late receivable came in.
Cash and runway
Cash is reconciled every month, so the balance you see is the one the bank has. From there, LucroVista looks thirteen weeks ahead, from your own bills, payroll, taxes and how each client actually pays, with the lowest week and your runway. And twelve months ahead, with a few assumptions you control: growth, new hires, one-off costs.
Contractors and payroll
Contractor invoices arrive by email or photo, are matched to the payment, and sit in your open payables until paid. Payroll summaries from your provider post as wages, social security and withholding, by month.
Ask your own AI
LucroVista can give read-only access to your numbers to your own AI assistant, so you can ask "what did we spend on contractors last quarter?" in the tool you already use. Today this works with AI apps that connect through a token we issue; sign-in-based access for web assistants is next.
In European Portuguese and English
Each person picks their language. The screens, the questions, the summary and your accountant's desk follow it, with Portugal's own accounting terms.
