These terms describe a LucroVista subscription. They bring together the terms already published on our Pricing and Security pages.

Who provides the service

LucroVista is provided by LUCROFINANÇAS, UNIPESSOAL LDA (sociedade unipessoal por quotas), registered office Rua da Quinta das Rosas, n.º 13, 1AE, Vale de Leão, 3080-227 Figueira da Foz, Portugal, registered at the Conservatória do Registo Comercial de Lisboa, NIPC 518924122, share capital €1, VAT PT518924122. Price and billing

€249 a month per company, ex VAT, billed monthly in advance. Setup is €150 self-directed or €1,200 led by us. VAT: Portuguese VAT on Portuguese customers; reverse charge for EU businesses with a valid VAT number; customers outside the EU pay the net price.

What counts as a company

Each legal entity, or each location you run with its own P&L. Two restaurants under one owner are two companies.

What is included

• Three seats per company — for you, your team or your accountant.
• Up to 1,250 documents a month per company — receipts, invoices and statements. If a company regularly needs more, we agree it with you before anything changes.

Cancelling

Cancel at least five days before your renewal date to stop the next renewal. Access continues to the end of the month you have paid for, then ends.

Your data

During your subscription you can download your statements at any time, and a full export of your books and documents on request. Export is available only while your subscription is active: when it ends, access ends, and we keep records only for the period the law requires, then delete them. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy notice, including how to ask us to delete your data.

Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law.

Changes

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
