Your books are yours.

What we store, where, and who can see it — and how we protect you.

Where your data lives

  • Books and documents are stored in Google Workspace — one folder and one ledger per company, kept separate for each customer.
  • Sign-in is with Google, so your password stays with Google.
  • Nightly backups, including a copy outside Google.
  • Receipts are read by an AI model from Anthropic, used under commercial terms that keep your data out of model training.

How we protect you

  • Your money stays where it is: LucroVista reads statements only.
  • We act only on your instructions.
  • Documents and emails are read as data only.
  • Only people you invite see your books.

Your rights

  • Download your statements any time, and a full export of your books and documents on request, during your subscription.
  • When a subscription ends, access ends; we keep records only for the period the law requires, then delete them.
  • We act as your data processor under a written agreement listing every sub-processor.
  • Lucro support access is visible on your seats page, and every action is logged.
