Lucro Finanças
For founders & services

For the founder who is also the finance department.

You bill by contract, retainer or subscription. You have a few people, a payroll provider, a handful of software tools, and an accountant who files. LucroVista gives you a clear picture of the business each month, ready to read.

One chain, from agreed to collected

Every euro you earn follows the same path: agreed in a contract, billed on an invoice, collected in the bank, recognised as revenue. LucroVista keeps the whole chain in one place.

  • Invoices. Every invoice you issue is read from your invoicing system, matched to the client receipt in the bank, and shown with its status: open, part-paid, paid. Revenue lands in the month the service was provided, not the month you billed it.
  • Collections. Who owes you, how much, since when. Each client receipt clears the invoice it pays; anything unmatched is one question.
  • Contracts. Next. Each signed agreement as a card: counterparty, term, value, billing, renewal and notice deadline, with the signed document beside it. A "coming up" strip shows renewals, notice deadlines and billing gaps for the next 90 days.
  • Revenue overview. Next. Recurring revenue, the movement in it month by month, backlog, and what's deferred.
Example Company · August
  • Invoiced€42,000
  • Collected€39,500
  • Open receivables€8,200, oldest 34 days
  • Revenue recognised€41,200
  • One invoice unmatched to a contract

Statements that tie to the bank

A balance sheet, P&L and cash flow every month. Every account reconciled to its statement to the cent. Click any number to see the entries behind it, and the invoice or receipt behind each entry. These are management statements (pro forma), prepared to run the business; your accountant prepares the statutory accounts, and gets reconciled books to do it from.

A summary that explains the month

The numbers and what moved them: revenue against last month and last year, broken into price, volume and mix; the cost lines that changed; where the cash went. Written only after the month ties.

Example Company · August

Revenue up 6% on July: one new retainer and a price increase on two renewals; one client paused. Payroll flat. Software costs up on two annual renewals. Cash up €3,100 after a late receivable came in.

Example figures

Deferred revenue, done properly

Annual prepayments sit on the balance sheet and release month by month, so the P&L shows what you've earned, not what you've billed. Prepaid insurance, software and rent spread over the months they cover. Payroll accruals land in the right month.

Cash and runway

Cash is reconciled every month, so the balance you see is the one the bank has. A cash forecast to 13 weeks and 12 months, with runway and a hiring scenario, is next. Until then, the statements and the summary show where the cash went and what's owed in and out.

Contractors and payroll

Contractor invoices arrive by email or photo, are matched to the payment, and sit in your open payables until paid. Payroll summaries from your provider post as wages, social security and withholding, by month.

Your accountant, on their own desk

Invite your accountant to a seat and they get their own view: statements in their chart of accounts, every document attached to its entry, bank reconciliations, open items, and suggested adjustments to review. At any time, a handover package: statements, documents, journals and reconciliations for any period, in one download. They keep the statutory books and the filings; LucroVista hands them the organised, reconciled records.

Ask your own AI

LucroVista can give read-only access to your numbers to your own AI assistant, so you can ask "what did we spend on contractors last quarter?" in the tool you already use. Today this works with AI apps that connect through a token we issue; sign-in-based access for web assistants is next.

In European Portuguese and English

Each person picks their language. The screens, the questions, the summary and your accountant's desk follow it, with Portugal's own accounting terms.
